1. Are your products silver?

All of our products are 925 sterling silver unless otherwise stated in the descriptions of the relevant product. Our Kazaziye products, on the other hand, are produced from 1000 sterling silver, the details of which are stated in the descriptions of the relevant product.

2. Which courier company do you ship with?

We are working with a domestic cargo company.

3. Do you ship abroad?
​ ​
Yes, we have the option of shipping abroad. We make our overseas shipments with DHL, UPS, TNT companies.

4. What are the payment options?
​ ​
We have money order/EFT, credit/debit card, BKM payment and cash on delivery options. There is an additional 10 TL service fee for the cash on delivery option only.

5. I don't want/can't shop from the site, how can I order?

There is a shortcut for our instagram account at the bottom of the page and a shortcut for our whatsapp account at the bottom left corner, you can place your order by clicking on these shortcuts.

6. When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 16:00 are delivered to cargo on the same day (working day). If the product needs to be supplied, the customer is informed and if the supply exceeds 3 working days, the customer is contacted and acted upon.
